HARI CHANDRA PRASAD G filed complaint against Dmart on Feb 19, 2024
Bill deducted twice in DMART NIZAMPET. Amount ***.** was debited from Axis Bank card But didn't get the confirmation. and changed my card to icici and ***.** got debited again from ICICI.
After few Minutes I got the confirmation from both the cards as amount debited from both the cards with same amount.
I travelled again to DMART in huge traffic, around **kms howeve, The customer service made a complaint and they need * days to refund the amount.
Didn't like the approach of DMART NIZAMPET in this case.
