Yolo Bus travel - not refunding the amount

i have booked tickets from Delhi to Amruthsar for ** july **** through telephone contact to the Yolo employee Shashank tiwaree Mobile number ********** on **.**.**** by transfering the Amount of Rs.**,*** to his personal number online payment through QR code as he forced me to pay directly to his personal account . that is linked to his personal contact number **********. he booked * members tickets (per person ****).
when i try to book through online , booking was not happend and my amount of Rs. **** got deducted and and its transferred to yolo bus wallet. i inform shashank tiwaree to refund the wallet amount and cancelled * seats and refund the amount. am daily calling to him he is not responding to my call and msg. on **.**.**** he said that he will refund the amount on **.**.**** . but refund not done. am calling to him . but he is not responding to my call.
