Their bus luggage executive behaved very rudely with us, he charged us Rs *** extra for a **-** kg telescope which if we go according to luggage rules should be allowed as many of are not carring any trolley bag, we have booked ** seats in total, he also yelled and said remove all your bags, we will cancel all of your bookings.
Kindly look into it as we also have proof of *** rs payment which we paid through upi.
