Yolo Bus travel - Bus started before scheduled time

I have booked a ticket from Gurgaon to Chandigarh. I reached at boarding point ** minutes before the scheduled time but no bus was there. I didn't get any call from driver or conductor and even no contact number was given in my ticket and booking details. When I tracked the bus location it shows that it is already started. If redbus can't wait for scheduled time and passengers so why the hell these platforms accept the bookings. I tried calling again and again to the customer care so that I can get connected with driver. Then I came back to my home and open redbus app and when I tracked the bus through app it still shows that bus is not started yet. I will reach the boarding point at scheduled time but if bus operator will not contact to passengers and not tell them about before boarding so how it will work. I want my complete refund. I think India should ban these kind of fake apps.
