I am a customer of happy easy go.
I had booked flight from happy easy go ( a go air flight) which got cancelled on **th June due to airlines issues. I was entitled to get a full refund. The refund has already been done by the airline to happy easy go but despite being clearly mentioned that amount will be refunded in ** days I still haven’t received the refund.
