I want to cancel my flight booking made through yatra.com & claim refund. But yatra is not issuing me the refund. Amount is ****/-. There's no customer service no. to speak to. I feel cheated as yatra is not entertaining any request. They were after me while booking but now when I want to cancel yatra team has disappeared.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
