Agoda Booking - Not refunding the amount

My query is regarding my booking I'd **********. I was often customer of Agoda and i really trusted that site so for any of my Booking however, whatever experience i had this time was such a horrible and I ll remember this lifetime. The hotel i had booked was not at all friendly place to stay . If I ll start for the complain don't know from where to start . Don't even want to think again what all we experienced there. The moment when I opened the washroom it was full with the cockroaches all around and unfortunately my * years daughter has seen all that and she started crying, she got scared and didn't wanted to stay for a single moment over there. There was no proper Ventilation and room was very small . From outside the window there was one see through curtain so if there was no privacy anyone can see what is happening in the room from outside. The room was next to kitchen so all the time humming sound was coming which was so disturbing . No proper water coming from the tap it was broken. And wire was coming outside which was very dangerous and in bathroom spider wave was not there and rat or insects easily can come inside. 
 It was so cheap hotel ever i hv seen in my life even staff was so rude and impolite. I couldn't stay there even for an hour immediately we booked other hotel on same day with the higher charges. It was so uncomfortable even one of the room cleaner confess the room they have given us was not the family room. They were not even bother about to fix a bulb outside the room. Still if Agoda is talking about cancellation policy rather than proceed my full refund.please help
