Y-Axis - NOT REFUNDING ON CANCELLATION THE SERVICE

First and foremost, we have been facing a series of serious issues that have made it impossible for us to continue our Canadian Permanent Residency plans. My wife, the only daughter in her family, has recently been confronted with a distressing situation. Her father suffered severe chest pain, which ultimately led to his hospitalization. In this difficult time, it is our primary responsibility to support and care for her parents, and leaving them alone is not an option.

Secondly, I have encountered unexpected health problems myself. After falling ill, I was diagnosed with high blood sugar, diabetes, and elevated cholesterol levels. I am currently undergoing medical treatment and am in the process of managing my health. This has created significant pressure from our family elders, who strongly advise against pursuing our Canada PR plans given my medical condition.

Considering the gravity of these family situations, we have decided to cancel our Canada PR application process before it even began. At this stage, we have not submitted any documents or initiated any formal procedures, and we kindly request your understanding and cooperation in processing our cancellation request and refunding our paid money.
