On *nd, June i applied for broadband connection in my home to this company. I paid Rs. *** through online using their website to get connection. The agent came in same day but due to their technical reason they can't provide me connection in my home. After that i applied for refund my money. They told me it will take *days, then * days, then ** days, then more ** days like this they are abbusing me now it's * month above till my money is with them im waiting. so im complainging about this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
