Rakesh Roshan filed complaint against Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd on Sep 27, 2020
I had applied for the broadband connection on our company name "Dristi Technologies & IT Services Pvt Ltd" and Their sales staff Vishwash had taken all the document of the company (Dristi Technologies & IT Services Pvt. Ltd). But I had received bill in the name of "Rakesh Roshan" due to which we were unable to claim the GST. I have attached all the whatsapp communication screenshot. I had sent * mails to their support team and did many calls. Still no resolution to the issue. I had also faced lot of Internet downtime and no compensation was provided for that after several request. So kindly settle that GST amount and downtime Amount.
About returning the device, due to lockdown and my father health, I am not in pune. So when I will comeback I can handover the device as soon as our claim issue get resolved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
