Dear Dipen,
As our aggressive discussion at your office, You have taken responsibility for my case on your behalf of your company protecting your Employee Hina Madam for Refund issues. I have already represented the case in Jun **** and it has been not resolved. As per my request I kindly request apology letter from your employee and you for not handling my case at right time and with right efforts and due to that you are giving me excuses of Usage even I have stated my office is closed from **Mar, **** and I request *. Apology Letter *. Proof of Email that you submitted a case to higher Authority on **th Jun and **th Jun ****. If you don't provide me with this proof, I will proceed with this case to Consumer Court as Customer Rights on Denial of Not giving proof and Accepting the Loses due to this. Another thing, If anything happens to me in this COVID Situation due to Force Full Visit requested by your Employee Hina as my Dad is ill and My Mom is heart patient and I have just out of Home due to Emergencies.
Please don't try to protect the Mistake of your employees rather than protecting the customers and their problems.
