RACHITA JAIN filed complaint against Zomato on May 1, 2019
I ordered the food and paid online. Then immediately I cancelled my order so that I can order from some other restaurant of my choice which was available. They cancelled my order but are not refunding my amount. I wrote this problem in chat support but there is no revert and there no customer care number which is working for Zomato.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
