Craze & Demand - Not refunding my money

I have brought a lehenga choli from craze n demand but it was of very bad quality so I wanted to return it then I called them and they asked me to courier the package and they will refund it on there website wallet but I want it in my bank account and now they are not responding, please help!!!.
