Flipkart - Not refunding money

Hi,
I ordered a smartphone that cost **,*** through flipkart on *th august **** using my indian bank debit card and cancelled it on the same day. They showed their seller will refund on that same day and amount will be credited by **th august. On **th august i started inquiring about delaying refund through help center then contacted flipkart customer care. They said to contact bank and i did. I was surprised to hear even bank employees has similar issues with flipkart refunding policy.i called flipkart again and asked for a valid transaction id. They said they are not having such proof! As a consumer I'm not able to do anything about my money now the only option is to file a case in consumer court or to seek media attention as * weeks passed since flipkart debited me. They are not showing any kind of responsibility. I've bank statement stating the same and I wish to obtain my money back and never shop with flipkart again.
