IRCTC - Not refunding money

I have booked a ticket from Patna to Mumbai in suvidha express.my traveling date was *th August ****.on the same train has been cancelled from cheoki junction and train has returned to patna.on enquiry at cheoki junction they told us online ticket will be automatically cancelled and refund will be credited in my account.but it has been ten day so far and amount has been credited.After calling in irctc customer care they told me you have file tdr within ** hrs if train has been cancelled.but such information has been not provided on the same day.now they are saying they are not going to refund my money.please help us to get back my refund money.
