I cancelled two prepaid orders from tatacliq on ** march **** but my money has not been refunded yet. I made the payment through UPI. My order id is *********. Whenever i contacted there customer executive they told me that my refund was initiated and they gave me reference No. to contact my concern bank. When i went to my bank they said that no statement are showing that they are holding in the payment gateway. No such things are on hold in my account status. Now im confused where to approach for help. I urge everyone pliz read every single reviews before buying from tatacliq.
