Sir, I was booked a air ticket from travolook on **th August. ****, traveling for chennai. Agency booked the ticket after some time he cancelled my ticket , and money had been debited from my bank account. I complaint it and requested to refund money then they told that next * to ** days will take for refunding money. I had made several call but till now, he now refunding my money. Pls. take the strict action against this type of company and please get my money back.
