Naaptol - not refunding money back

we bought bags from this company and we returned them and got a refund voucher of rupees ***.We didn't need any refund voucher.Then we agreed with them and asked for shoes of same price but they are demanding *** Rupees of delivery charges.What is this ? We are getting our money in terms of shoes and still paying more *** Rupees.

I have ordered bedsheet from naaptol there is *bedsheet repeated and there are lot of poop in that packets as well as in bedsheet it smells bad I want to either replace or refund of products
