Mayank gupta filed complaint against Zomato on May 1, 2019
I have ordered some food from a restaurant through Zomato. Because of the restaurant mistake, they mixed up the order and gave the wrong order. When I contacted the restaurant they agreed to refund but refund needs to be processed through Zomato. I have the call recording of the restaurant where they have no problem in the initiating the refund but Zomato is giving excuses like not able to connect restaurant or restaurant is denying. I know the restaurant is ready for the refund but these Zomato guys are not trying and not giving any support. I m not able to clip here the call recording with the restaurant.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
