I have cancelled my * bookings from Travolook website. I have got the tickets cancelled from Indigo airlines and the refund for the same was initiated. As per Indigo, the refund amount will be credited to agent which has to be refunded by agent to me. But even after multiple mail enquiries and follow ups to customer care, no initiation has been taken from Travolook end to refund the cancelled ticket amounts. It is been almost * months I have been following up with them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
