I booked a Air ticket to HYD FROM VIJAYAWADA ON AUG **, **** with ref no: REF*********. They said my ticket got cancelled and money will be refunded with in ** working days. I have contacted via telephone about * to * times and every time they are saying that they are initiating on urgent basis and will be credited within * working days but till now no refund was made. They don't even respond to the email also. This is the fraud company and on website, show the lesser prices to attract the customers and once the payment is done, they will say that the flight ticket price was changed and will be refunded back within ** working days. They will never refund back. In this way, they cheat the customers and hope not to recommend this site anymore.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
