I have renewed the plan of Rs ****/- it has not been activated, saying the it was old plan hence you will be refunded the amount yet it has not been refunded and asked to purchase the new plan for home appliances, I purchased new plan of Rs Rs****/- one week has passed until it has not been activated, vide Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.**** frm A/c X**** to OneAssist . Ref IGALPVCMX* on **Jul**. If not done, fwd this SMS to ********** to block INB or call **********-SBI. I hope they cheated me, pl do help me
