No broker com - Not Refunded from No Broker for 60 days plan

Greetings, Sir I purchased the owner relax plan from No Broker, but they haven't lived up to their promises. The relationship manager has been missing on medical leave, and because of these problems and the lack of action from No Broker, we are forced to rent out our apartment through a local agent. According to No Broker's commitment, if your apartment isn't rented out, they will reimburse you, but they don't base their reasoning on the fact that you have rented it for less than what was advertised. However, we made it clear in our posted advertisement that the rent is negotiable, and we're willing to rent it out for less. However, the broker team was not able to rent out the apartment in the allotted time and was later unable to effectuate the reimbursement. Kindly assist us in obtaining a refund from them.
