The issue is regarding the refund of airticket cancellation. We had done a booking to Swizz nearly * years back on Jetairways through the agency Goibibo, but since I haven't refunded with that amount from Goibibo.
After many followups, i really fed-up, I use to get routine answers from them. The problem was Jetairways had completely closed their service, but when I contacted jetairways they conveyed tha cancellation charges had already refunded with concerned agency. Ridiculously, so pathetic, it my hard earned money, we had a family vacation plan to Swizz, but unfortunately now we lost the trip come money. No idea how to sort out this and get me refunded. More and more follow up mails, twists and social media posts had done for this issue but no responses from their end other than the default reply.
Kindly check on this will attach the tickets and docs for reference. I WANT MY MONEY!WILL IT BE POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO GET IT DONE?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
