i had ordered for elica chimney on amazon on **th october, but payment declined and refunded on **th oct, with details in sms for link to repay for the order. Accordingly i had done payment through sbi card , and amount deducted on ** th october with confirmation from Amazon with estimated delivery date of between oct ** to nov * . however, the product shown as yet to dispatch till late october. Since then, I called several time for status as i wanted the product in time, but amazon claimed that, it will be delivered on nov*. Even on the *st Nov and *nd Nov morning they claimed that product will be delivered by nov * *.** pm. after that i requested for cancellation, which i could not do in app, nor customer care people could do, they asked me to wait for *-* days for cancellation. Since I wanted product, I ordered with new payment and got the product. Further, I made several calls thereafter; they kept on telling wait for *-* days. Even on *th same thing was told. **th nov also, asked me to wait for *-* days and told they have not got money. i also told them that i will provide them bank statement, which they did not ask. when i told them i will go for consumer forum, they said me to wait for -* days and then go for it. On **th nov, again they asked me to wait for *-* days for cancellation. i provided them this time bank statements . I Also complained bank, as per request of CCE and got confirmation of money being reached to amazon on **-oct itself ( sms got on **-**-**) . i again called on **th nov, now they are asking me to wait *-** days further for cancellation and say money has to reached them. and process is on (process of cancellation) and money is with amazon gateway. i need refund immediately with fine. every time i spent ** minutes on call adding to the pain and i had explain every time to CC executive.
