Annapurna filed complaint against Byju s company on Apr 15, 2022
I purchased a byju's k* product worth of ***** rupees through one of the byju's councellor.i paid **** rupees as down payment and i applied for loan for remaining amount.they said there is ** days trial period, with in ** days you can cancel the product.
On March ** **** the product was delivered to me.due to some reasons i raised cancellation request on ** March ****.on March **, one of the byju's councellor called me and told that your product willl be cancelled and it will take time for processing.
Till now i don't get any confirmation mail regarding cancellation.i am waiting for mail regarding return of the product that means for whom address i have to return the product and cancellation of my loan application.
Please help me to get my refund quickly from byju's.
