We have opted for enrollment for our *kids (*th n *th std) on **th mar with the commitment that if we don't like the product in initial trial period of **days, we can cancel the enrollment and get full money refund without any question.
We have informed Byjus team for cancellation and refund with a week time of kit receipt. However, still nothing is happening till now.
Have dropped several email (with cc to there senior officials like Mrinal n Ravindran) but no proper answer is given, amount of *,**,*** is still blocked on my credit card also.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
