Dear sir,
I enrolled my kids in Byju's course on ** March, with order number SO-****************
The device that I received is faulty and thought of replacing it but found my kid is not at all understanding the course videos.
I decided not to continue with the course, hence please cancel the enrollment, and guide me through the process for return and refund ASAP.
