company representative request visited hotel Radisson blue pachim vihar new delhi.their representative presented the membership programme and assured whatever they are presentating will be confirmed in terms of agreement were shown during presentation . As per their commitment I made payment of rs **,*** through upi.but their is amc charges and i am not aware about this and some points felt cheated and such experience I don't want membership. requested them to cancel and refund my amount. Even on the same day but they ignored me, then I sent many mail to company and even called their helpline no. Many times. But they not give me proper answer , just said we will call you. Never call again. This incident make me mentality distrub and effect my daily work.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
