Grand Vivanta is not willing to honor its promise of providing movie ticket agianst the travle expenses incurred by the prospective customers for attending its sales meeting. Which also means that company is indulging in unfair trade prcatices and cheating its cutomers by first luring them with false promises and later leaving them in lurch after they have encashed their false intentions. Also neither the company is willing to fulfill the promise nor return the money spents by cusotmers.I have also collected similar data from a large number of similar cases of frauds by the company and we are all preparing ourselves to file a joint police complaint and also put up a kegal case in Delhi High court with the help of consumer forum. As well spread a storong social campaign against this company and its directors.
