Grand Vivanta Vacations Private Limited - Missleaded to sell Plan and now not refunding amount

Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd had invited me to some function on *th June ****. They asked me to come for opening kind of but when I went there, it was package selling. They have convinced me to purchase the package. I bought it for ***K (with EMI interest it is ***K). I was fine till now. On the next day, I received the welcome mail. In that mail, the services and terms & conditions were not the same as discussed while selling the package. I tried to get clarified with the executive who has sold me this. After a few days of conversions, still, it was not clear, so finally send mail (**th June ****) to customer support. They replied to me in a few days and within a few mail conversions few things got cleared but still, there were a few points which they were escaping. I kept following on mail, but after a few emails, still, they did not clear my point (they haven't been clear yet actually). I was getting frustrated, within just ** days as I am getting such services than what will I get in the next ** years (my package is for ** years)? I called many times to Mr. Arpit Sings (who has sold me this) but he did not receive my single call out of my ** tries. After so many emails and reminders, finally, on *th July, I asked for a refund (as they were not giving the service as they promised). They replied to me in fewer emails but after my few reminders but still, there is no solution. They have asked to me talk call, I assigned them a time slot two times but there is no call from them. They kept promising me that they will update on Monday, then RM will call you, etc. I have sent them almost ** reminders but no reply. One time one person (Mr. Sudhir) called, but he was escaping history, he was behaving like he don't know anything, so I requested to check the mail. After a few days, I called him again to check if he has checked his mail but he did not mean he was not serious. I called on their customer support team, and every time they said, they will check with the concerned tea/person and will call me back, never received the call. The same reply every time I call them. They have tied up with some automobile companies from where they are getting the mobile numbers which are against the user privacy policy. I have lost around ***K + lots of time and frustration. I have proof for almost everything. Around * weeks back I also registered complaints at the National Consumer helpline portal and informed to company but there is no update from them.
