Swiggy - Not refund money

I order an food on **/**/**** from swiggy in the Aurangabad city at *:**.After * minutes they assign executive and they give ** minutes to delivery..but after a one hour exeutive refuse to pick the order also his phone is switch off...till **:** their is no any exeutive is assign..we do call at resturant they said its restaurant closing time and your food is ready at **:** but swiggy executive is not here for pick the order...that reason we cancelled order at **:** and they charge mi *** rs as cancellation charge..from ** May to till I chat and call their ** different executive..but they is not ready to accept their fault and taught me their rules and regulation etc etc...this is cheating with customers
