I didn't get the parcel the Awb no is **********. The status shows delivered.but i didn't get the order the delivery agent called and asked my number after that the status changed to delivered. When i tried to call back the delivery agent the call didn't connect as he made the call from internet number. I tried to reach ecom express site through mails and calls but i didn't get any response. Please do the needful.
