Mukund Rao filed complaint against Mfine on Aug 28, 2021
My test samples were collected on Tuesday, **th August and i still haven't received my reports, nor i have a received any update. Upon talking to their customer care operatives they tell me that they can't find my reports. This is height of unprofessionalism which is unacceptable. I want my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
