Horrible experience. Fraud company. I kept waiting all day for their technician to show up. Finally had to cancel my lab test. It has been two months and I still haven't received my refund. Have followed up with them a dozen times and they are sending some internal Refund IDs which are not matching with my bank. So I am unable to get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
