I booked a full body test from mFine, the vendor being thyrocare.
Money has been debited from my account. Yet, the vendor is neither sending the reports nor is acknowledging the payment.
All the while in mFine, the status is 'paid'.
This is ridiculous.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
