-> I had booked a ticket last year on **th Nov, **** for a round flight for *th Feb, **** from London, Heathrow Airport to Kolkata (CCU) and return on **th Feb.
-> I went ahead and cancelled my ticket on *th Jan, which led to deduction of £*** cancellation charges.
I was informed by AIR India that I would get the refund amount within *-* weeks, and now its over two months and I haven't got the refund amount of £***.** which is a huge sum of money for me.
--> I have sent multiple emails to ecommerce@airindia.in, and delrefunds@airindia.in, but haven't received any response rather the CSR's (on customer care) are saying that they have refunded the amount on **th Jan but it has not been credited to my account yet. Could you please help me get my refund back.
