Zoomcar was booked on travel to Udupi from Bangalore due to restrictions & corona pandemic we had to book & cancel * times. The customer support mentioned the payment has been initiated & will be in your account, * time they said after corona, * time ** days (already overdue by ** days). I demanded to speak to someone from the company, but the team lead at the customer support called & she said you can go to court. I did some research & found the e-mail of the CEO & dropped a * liner. I got a call back from Mr Satish claiming he was from the company. He said the money will be in my account before thursday **th June. I called him to check if the refund has been sent. From yesterday his phone is not reachable.
