I had got a new broadband connection from Airtel. But since the day after installation, the internet was not working properly.
After multiple customer support calls and failed resolutions, I finally asked for a cancellation followed by a refund.
I was told then that I would receive my refund in * days, given that the payment hadn't been fully processed by their system.
But when I called them back, now they're saying I have to write to them separately for refund and it will take ** days, plus it will come by check, which is not my original mode of payment.
Furthermore, now they're keeping me on hold and not answering any queries.
