I ordered a suit. The suit I received was totally different from what was showing in image of the app..
I immediately created return and Item was also picked up on Jan *, ****.
But till now March *, **** I haven't received my refund as upon contacting the customer care they stated that item was used/damaged and denied me the refund.
I told them I never used the item as the item was totally different from what I ordered and was double my size , so there is no point of using the item.
But the customer support is not replying now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
