Pramila VK filed complaint against Shoppers Stop on Sep 7, 2019
I had bought a pair of shoes from shoppers stop online on * July. Received the product on ** July after repeated follow up. Initiated replacement request the same day as the size was incorrect. The product was picked up on **th July.
The call centre person confirmed the availability of the product in a bigger size and got an order confirmation on ** July. On ** July I got a message saying my order is cancelled as the product is not available anymore. They said they will transfer the amount to shoppers stop wallet. I asked for the amount to be deposited in my bank instead.
The call centre agent sent a form on * August and I filled and sent it immediately. It is * September and I have still not received the money despite follow up on the phone and social media. Please help me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
