Goibibo - Not received refund for cancellation of flight ticket

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I have cancelled my flight
ticket(PNR-D*J*JY) on December ** **** which was booked from kotak Mahindra *** app partnered by goibibo and booked another ticket on same flight and same date .After cancellation they said I will get full refund.
other flight details mentioned below:-

Passenger Name:- A Amitesh Joseph
Flight Name:Indigo *E ***
Bangalore(**:**) to Visakhapatnam(**:**)
Travel Date:- **JAN ****
Boooking Id:-N*ED*J*JY
(PNR-D*J*JY)

I complained kotak-goibibo customer care about the issue. They are not telling me in how many days they will refund the amount No proper update received from your goibibo side.
