I ordered products from Myntra but I received wrong products. I ordered a cream hoodie and got a yellow one. I ordered a blank pair of shorts and received an orange one. There are four products in total for amounts ₹****, ₹****, ₹**** and ₹**** which I’m yet to be refunded. The wrong products were new in condition but they weren’t the ones I ordered so I returned them and were picked up from my place the very next after I received i.e. on ** Jan ****. I have complaining Myntra multiple times and extensively talking to Myntra’s customer agents every single day without any resolution. Now, my account has been deactivated for security reasons. It has been taken a toll on my mental health as well. I wake up every day and check my bank account statement to find nothing. I am a student and that money is very important to me. I feel like I’m a victim of Myntra frauds. I even saw tons of YouTube videos related ti it. To put it in a simple way, I have no products from Myntra but they have my money. I have been looted by Myntra. Please help me receive my refund as soon as possible.
