The loan was taken as professional loan. Midway without any notification the loan was transferred to home loan with higher interest. Though it was internal transfer, they took transfer fees without our knowledge. Which was realised when Firm’s liabilities was calculated.
Now we pre closed the full amount. After pre closing with hefty charges. Now after ** days The company is refusing to give the property documents.
