I booked two ways flight from Goibibo that is Hyderabad to Tirupati and Tirupati to Hyderabad in rs ****rs.
After few days I received message that my flight has been cancelled, so I contacted to flight customer care service they updated me that due to flight cancellations they are refunding full amount to Goibibo and Goibibo can process my amount. In fact I got confirmation email from the flight company that have processed full amount to Goibibo but Goibibo didn't refund me full amount. This happened earlier too.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
