Hathway broadband and internet hyderabad - NOT PROVIDING WIFI PASSWORDS AND NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE

Respected sir /madam my name is y.sandeep r/o h.no.*-sca/***/***,nizampet village,hyderabad-******. I am taken new broad connection in HATHWAY through phone call by sending all my required documents.the connection was is given immediately after payment and given connection to me on **-**-****,but at that time i am at office and the same day was huge rain in hyderabad, due to this situtation i cannot hear the passwords properly from the above company .i further request through mobile.no.**********(who is given connection to me and this contact no. is uploaded on online for new connection for customers. in mean while i call to several times to toll free customer care no. *********** and*********** contact no. but they never respond to my call and my problem is not solved. i contact the above numbers plenty of times ,but there was no respond. presently i am suffering for non availability of passwords to wifii connections which is very nessassary for me my childrens. i am got lot of mentol agony due to the acts of the hathway company. i recently purchased the computer devices on credit and apply for new connection which is very needy for my childrens for education in this pandamic lock down.i hoplessly bar by the above said company and also i humbly request the contact no.********** for give me assistance but he also regecting my call and regularly swithch off whenever i was contacted to him. i am also attaching the whats app details which i requested to the above contact no. who is not responding.therefore i requesting your authority to take immediate steps for providing my internet passwords which is necessary for me to connect the wifi otherwise i would get much hardship and irreparable loss to me......thanking you........from ..Y.SANDEEP .HATHWAY INTERNET ACCOUNT NO.**********.
