Hathway Brodband - Not providing the internet services nor refundning

We opted for Hathway * year for **** and while getting the connection we already told them that we will be shifting to other place. They promise to provide the service but now denying to do so and I have to under go a loss of more than Rs. ****. I have also logged multiple complaints with Hathway's customer care but they are not helping in any way (Complaint# ********W******, ********W******).
