Hathway Brodband - Hathway Broadband Internet - Surveillance Camera Not received

I took the plan *months with Surveillance Camera by paying Rs.**** for getting camera instead of *months plan for RS.****, but I have not recieved any camera and my * months period completed and my Hathway account deativated.
I took the * months plan just for camera for my perticular *months period and now I don't have any requirment with camera, so requested Hathway customer service for extend my service for * months so that I can pay *months amount (i.e ****+***)
but they said its not in plan.
My question: Is the fraud is there in their plan to not providing the camera for three months.
wasting customer time by calling customer care multiple time is there in their plan.
Customer care service guys are not even recording my issue. every time I call to Service center I have to explain from starting they are not maintaining my call record.
instead of answer me they kept my call hold for long time and finnally they cut my call.
