Hathway Brodband - Internet service disconnection

Hello, I am a customer of hathway broadband in hyderabad. My account number is **********. In May ****, I renewed my account with an offer of * months plus * months free for **** rupees. They called me and informed me about the offer. They told that I will get an option to recharge to that amount on my page. I renewed my account with that plan. Now on August **th, my service got disconnected. When I mail and call them, there is absolutely no response from them and the issue is not solved till today i.e, August **th and I don't know how many days this will continue because they are not even responding to the problem. So I want to register a complaint. I have call recordings, mails, messages and can produce when required.
