I have an excitel broadband connections. I have paid for * months to the provider for it but its not working from last month and its only * months now provider is not solving the issue saying go to excitel for refund I have also talked to an excitel helpline number several times they are just saying the same every time that our executive will be there within ** hours but none of their person came.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
